  • You will help to build a new testing team according to the departments needs
  • You will collaborate with developers, business analysts and ops to get the insights (manual and automated tests)
  • You will be coordinate and perform document testing activities (management of test execution results in test management tool, contribute to creation of test reports reports and quality assurance metrics)
  • In addition, you will also be involved in the research and evaluation of new testing tools and methods to improve the quality of software products
  • You will also script Automated tests, mostly Back-end / API oriented integration tests and Front-End web interface
  • You will reviews test scenarios, scripts and test data developed by other team members
  • You will manage the testing activities: develop test strategy, build test plan, implement tests, report issues and perform quality checks after issue resolution
  • You will report to the Head of unit
  • You will be responsible for creating and implementing the testing strategy in order to reach a unified picture of testing processes
  • You will ensure a smooth communication flow with stakeholders


  • Team leadership skills
  • Experience using test management/tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Xray)
  • Successful experience of managing testing activities
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Experience with test automation Selenium with JAVA mandatory, SoapUI, source code repository (e.g GitHub), continuous integration tool (Jenkins)
  • Experience in financial/ banking domain will be considered an asset
  • Proven hands on experience in script development using scripting languages
  • Test/QA certifications is a plus
  • Katalon experience is considered an advantage
  • Proven experience in a testing environment in cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills, good time management skills
  • Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related (technical) degree/diploma will be considered an asset

  • Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
  • 2nd interview with our Business Manager Evgeniya Weibel-Zimmer
  • Technical tests and / or interview with our CTO Florian Sey
  • Proposal of your application to the client
  • Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
