TEST COORDINATOR (F/M/N)

Missions

• You will be responsible for managing a team of testers, documenting test results
• You will collaborate with developers and ops to get the insights (manual and automated)
• You will report to the head of unit
• In addition, you may also be involved in the research and evaluation of new testing tools and methods to improve the quality of software products
• You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of tests to ensure that software products meet quality requirements
• You will ensure the smooth flow of and communication of results to stakeholders

Skills

• Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Excellent level of English
• Management of a team
• Strong skills in selenium and Katalon
• Approximately 7 years experience in a similar position

Recruitment process

• The pre-qualification interview with our Recruitment Manager Kadricila Elias
• Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
• 2nd interview with our Business Manager Evgeniya Weibel-Zimmer
• Technical tests and / or interview with our CTO Florian Sey
• Proposal of your application to the client
• Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
