BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/N)

Missions

• Collect, formulate and analyze business needs
• Follow-up of cross-functional actions
• Be responsible for converting business requirements into epics, features, user stories and developer tasks
• Coordination and reporting of several teams
• Review and compile existing documentation
• Updating and maintaining schedules
• Able to manage stakeholders
• Prepare project statutes
• Take charge of the “commercial analysis” part of the projects
• Good understanding of the business
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with teams not involved in the project
• Write and update technical specifications
• Conduct user interviews

Skills

• You are curious and eager to learn, with a real passion for new technologies
• You are used to work with development teams and are familiar with different technologies
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in English, French is an asset
• You have a customer-oriented attitude and you are able to bring new solutions to solve different problems
• Experience in test management and execution is an asset
• You have proven experience as a business analyst

Recruitment process

• The pre-qualification interview with our Recruitment Manager Florient Lenet
• Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
• 2nd interview with our Business Manager Evgeniya Weibel-Zimmer
• Technical tests and / or interview with our CTO Florian Sey
• Proposal of your application to the client
• Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
