Project Manager (M/F/D)

Missions

• Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders
• Tracking deliverables and challenging them
• Ensuring definition of project planning together with Project Managers, GPOs and LPOs
• Monitoring and reporting periodically on project progresses in its various dimensions
• Carrying out successfully the coordination of the program: resources, milestones, risks
• Managing the overall governance
• Coordinating and supporting various teams involved to make sure goals and objectives are being kept and aligned with budget and strategy
• Supporting and preparing ad-hoc global presentations for top management including our partners and syndicating messages with various stakeholders
• Organizing exchanges with Geos to follow roll out plan and leverage best practices (monitor and address risks)
• Maintaining and proposing adjustment to overall Org and Gov model for Travel Transformation

Recruitment process

• The pre-qualification interview with our Recruitment Manager Sabina Selvathasan
• Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
• 2nd interview with our Business Manager Lukasz Kieliszczyk
• Technical tests and / or interview with our CTO Florian Sey
• Proposal of your application to the client
• Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
